Exchange & Return Policy
At HOUSE OF IRA, customer satisfaction is our priority. While we do not offer refunds, we provide flexible options to ensure you are happy with your purchase.
We value your trust and strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. Please read our return and exchange process carefully.
1. Exchange Policy
• We offer size exchanges for the same product.
• You may also opt for customization according to your measurements.
• If you wish to exchange the product for a different style, this can be arranged.
2. Credit Note
• If you do not wish to exchange or customize, we will issue a credit note.
• The credit note will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
• In the unlikely event that you receive a torn or damaged product, please share a clear picture with us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Once verified, you will be required to return the product.
• We will then send you a replacement at no extra cost.
4. Important Notes
• Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags intact.
• Customized products cannot be exchanged once altered as per your measurements.

Step 2: Exchange / Return Method
a) Reverse Pickup
• We can arrange a pickup at your doorstep for a charge of ₹150, payable by the customer via an online payment method.
b) Self-Return
• If our pickup service is unavailable in your area, you will need to ship the product yourself.
• Pack the product securely to avoid damage during transit.
• Clearly mention your Order ID and Registered Mobile Number on the package.
• Ship the parcel using a reliable courier service and share the tracking details with our support team.
• Please note: HOUSE OF IRA will not be responsible for lost or damaged self-shipped returns.

Step 3: Quality Check & Processing
• Returned products typically reach us within 6–7 business days.
• A quality check will be completed within 24–48 hours of receiving the item.
If approved:
• Exchange: We will provide you with store credit valid for 2 months, which will be sent to your registered mobile number/email via WhatsApp.
• Re-exchange: If an item purchased using store credit is returned, another store credit will be issued. Refunds are not applicable.

Important Guidelines
• A quality check is mandatory before processing any return or exchange.
• Only the product(s) approved for return/exchange will be processed. Any additional items sent will not be considered.
• Orders placed using store credit can only be exchanged for store credit (not refundable).
• If your order shows delivered but has not been received, please report the issue within 24 hours.
• Ensure the product is securely packed before handing it to the pickup agent. Customers are responsible for the product’s condition during return transit.

• Size & Fit: Please refer to our size guide before placing your order. Fit issues due to personal preference are not treated as defects.
• Shipping Delays: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Unauthorized Returns: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Order Cancellations
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
• If the order is refused at the time of delivery, return charges will be deducted from the customer.
